Floor Plans: If you are more of a two-dimensional person, we have found it is really helpful to have floors plans to fully comprehend how each level of a home is laid out. We have floor plans for every property that we have listed.

Professional Photography: Professional photography should be a standard for every real estate in every market. Period. This has been our standard since day one.

Videos:  If you like a more passive adventure through a home, enjoy our professional videos.

Virtual Showings: If you’d like a more personal approach to seeing a home, while staying home, we frequently use FaceTime to let clients “experience” a home while not being on Island.
