There are new listings for sale on Nantucket added year round. Certain seasons more properties come to market for sale on Nantucket then others, we historically see a lot of new properties come to market in the spring late April through June in anticipation of the summer market, Sept and October is another time we see listings come to market after families have decided it will be there last season on Nantucket. Historically less motivated sellers will take there properties off market in Dec, Jan and Feb, then re-introduce them to buyers the following Spring at prices that have adjusted to current market conditions.
