Booking a Nantucket Vacation Rental for Summer 2011!

Nantucket Summer Vacation Rentals

Every year just after New Years our phones here at Sothebys on Nantucket ring off the hook for home rental requests for the upcoming summer.  This year is no different, in the sense that the phone is ringing, but it is different because it started much earlier.  People began booking homes on Nantucket for Summer 2011 this past fall.  Quality inventory is booking up quickly so the time to call or email is now!

Last year I explained the rental process and some of the historic patterns we see in this post - Nantucket Summer Rentals check it out to learn more about renting a home on Nantucket.

I have access to an extensive inventory of homes, from waterfront estates to charming cottages, even though the inventory is high as 800 homes the demand limits selection for specific needs being time period, size, location and budget so it is important to start early.

Another very important aspect of booking your Nantucket summer vacation is to consider advance Steamship ferry reservations for your vehicle which go on sale soon, January 18th in fact so having your dates and booking a home is very important.  99% of homes turnover on Saturday and those choice ferry reservations sell out very quickly.

Email or call me to start your vacation rental process on Nantucket now!
